Computer or accessory specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without notice. It is your responsibility to verify product conformance to specifications of any subsequent contract.

All products are subject to manufacturer availability.

Prices quoted do NOT include applicable taxes. Sales tax will be added to the final invoice.

Return Policy:

Products are non-returnable unless approved in writing by Triad Diagnostic Solutions, LLC within 30 days of the invoice date. All approved returns must be in sellable condition with all original packaging included and in sellable condition. Any returned item deemed below sellable condition—regardless of cause—will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

OEM Software Return Policy Additions:

  • OEM software is non-returnable under all circumstances.
  • Any computer purchased with OEM software installed and activated is non-returnable.

Payment terms on open accounts can be arranged with credit application and approval or lease options are also available with Triad’s third party financing partner by filling out an application at https://www.volvo.triad-ds.com/financing/ or contacting a Triad product specialist at 317-939-3690.

Shipping

We use top carriers to ensure your order arrives on time. During checkout, the website will automatically apply free shipping for orders shipped to the contiguous U.S. Addresses outside the contiguous U.S. require manual processing through a Triad sales representative, and all shipping expenses, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Delivery times vary based on destination, product availability, and order timing.

Triad cannot ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO military addresses.

Items containing batteries are subject to carrier restrictions that may limit the number of batteries per shipping box. Orders including multiple tools with batteries may be shipped in multiple boxes to comply with shipping regulations.
